| If you look carefully, you will note that the lighthouse above the height of the flag is a cylinder, while below that, it clearly is a cone. It looks to me like they built a tower out of stone, then latter made it taller (using brick). The tower clearly is of two types of construction, the only question is whether it was done in two stages or one. |
