| I took this photo at the time I activated this light for the Amateur Radio Lighthouse Society on 3 FEB 2014. The lighthouse is on the right of the photo. Close by on the left and background is the Kewaunee Breakwater Light designated ARLHS USA-1250. I made about 35 contacts during this activation using a Yaesu FT-857D running 100 watts into a Hustler mobile whip on an Outpost Tripod. The weather was sunny and clear and 7 degrees Fahrenheit. |
